Realized between February 28th and March 1st 2006, I'm presenting you Aylah; an elf of my own creation. I found some drawings techniques for faces on Internet. But to tell you the truth, this drawing was reserved for a topic which I'd chosen for future paintings I will do. I had some scenes in my head but finally, that theme wasn't really captivating me at 100%. I found another topic which now resembles me better, but you'll it see later! :-) I must do sketches before and when my first painting will be done, I'll show you.
To return to Aylah, I made 4 drawings to get to this result. I then reproduced it in smaller size on a bigger sheet to do a complete scene, but the result was a bit different; the smaller one seems to be the daughter of the original one. She seems more young. I made 3 other drawings, of bodies this time but I put it aside for a while since I wasn't happy of the result. Anyways, I'll probably finish it someday since I want to integrate it in one of my future paintings. I'm giving you a hit now! (L'Epiphanie)
