At the of year 1999, I took a little chocolate course at the "Fantaisies Culinaires" cake store at St-Eustache. I made several filled chocolats models and also, in 2001 with my company "Sucre-Ris enrg.", I got some contracts with the Sweet Factory store of Laval and also A.L.Van Houtte at the corner of Cremazie and Lajeunesse streets in Montreal.
